Terms of Service

What ClaimsDraft provides
ClaimsDraft is a document drafting service. We produce personalised complaint letters based on information you provide. We do not provide legal advice. We are not a claims management company. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
What we do not do
ClaimsDraft does not:
- Act on your behalf in any capacity
- Contact your bank or any third party on your behalf
- Negotiate with your bank on your behalf
- Advise on the merits or likely outcome of your complaint
- Refer your complaint to any third party
- Take any percentage of any compensation you receive
Your responsibilities
By using ClaimsDraft you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You will review your complaint letter before sending it
- You are responsible for submitting your complaint yourself
- You will not use ClaimsDraft for any unlawful purpose
Payment and delivery
The price is £49 (one-time, no subscription). Payment is processed by Stripe. Your complaint letter and instruction guide are generated and delivered immediately after payment is confirmed.
By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand delivery begins immediately and you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is confirmed by the checkbox you tick before payment.
Fix-it policy
Your letter is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you waive the statutory 14-day right to cancel when you tick the acknowledgment at checkout.
Separately from the statutory right, ClaimsDraft offers a voluntary fix-it policy:
- If there is a factual error in your letter — for example, the wrong regulation cited, incorrect dates, or a misspelling of your name or your bank’s details — email hello@claimsdraft.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will correct it at no cost.
- If the error cannot be corrected (for example, because the letter is fundamentally wrong about the regulatory grounds that apply to your situation), ClaimsDraft will refund the £49 fee in full.
-
The fix-it policy does not cover:
- The outcome of your complaint (whether your bank upholds or rejects it)
- Subjective dissatisfaction with style or tone
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the decision.
No guarantee of outcome
ClaimsDraft produces documents based on information you provide. We make no representations about the likely outcome of any complaint. The decision to uphold or reject a complaint rests with your bank and, if escalated, the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Published FOS uphold rates are aggregate figures and do not constitute a guarantee of any individual outcome.
Limitation of liability
ClaimsDraft's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid (£49). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of this service.
Intellectual property
The complaint letter generated for you is yours to use for the purpose of submitting your complaint. You may not resell or redistribute ClaimsDraft documents or use them to operate a competing service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of ClaimsDraft after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
